1. How can I install the mirror in the car?
A: the device need connect to the car fuse, then It will work well, you can not charge it buy the USB, the power is not enough;
and you need to do it like this,
1) turn off the car, use the Test pencil to check which one will make the Test pencil light, and then this one is for the yellow cable,
2) turn on the car, use the Test pencil to test, which one will make the Test pencil light, then this one is for the red cable.
3) you need charge the black cable to iron or the ground cable

2. the bracket not suit for my car , what should I do?
A: please do not worry, if the bracket not suit for your car,then you can use the balls, see my picture.

3. how can I connect the rear camera?

4. How can i clean the cache?
A: when you run the device, you need to make sure there is enough cache, then the app will work smoothly, you can refer to my video:

5. how can I check the RAM?
A:about the memeory, please go to the settings-- apps- running, and then add the used + free,= ram

6. why the satellite is slowly?
A:Weather, High building, car protect film , outdoor or not will influence the GPS satellites searching,please go outdoor and open space to search satellites. And the first time GPS searching will take a bit long time(about 5-30 minutes) than the second time, please kindly wait.If your car has the protect film, it will affect the device search the satellite.you can try this:
put download the car window, then let the device search the satellite successfully , then close the car window.
PS: the GPS is using the different technology to search the satellite, please do not compare with your phone's gps;
7. how can I update the map?
A:when the map update, we will upload the map to the dropbox, and share the dropbox link and the install method to you at the first time.And updating map free of lifetime. If your device is the sygic map, you can update the map yourself, just need to connect with wifi, then choose the country you want to update;
8. I lost the map, how can I get the map?
A: if you do the factory set,you will lost the map data, so i do not suggest you do the factory set,

2) if you lost the map, then:
please do it, delete the sygic or the naviel in the file manger,and go to the settings—apps, to delete the sygic or the navitel apk

3) then install the map, please ask us for the map;
9. When I use the DVR, why it ask me insert the card? which card is needed?
A: 1 All of the DVR need to insert the TF card, then it will work.
2 As the DVR is very strict with a memory card, we recommend you use the high speed class10 and 16-32GB TF card, then the DVR will work smoothly. Because the low speed card may appear freezing when record. If DVR could not identify the memory card, please format the memory card in computer first, and then format it in DVR for 2 times, or change the good quality TF card.
10. Does the DVR support the night version?
A: the DVR can make the video at night, but you need to find the additional light, such as the street light / car light ect.
11. how the HUD work?
A: about the HUD, the map support this, it will work at night, and you need to put the device in the dashboard, and lie it, and it will show the map in the glass of the car;
12. why the avin port not work?
A: because our device upgrade, since the AVin port will affect the beautiful of the car, so now the rear camera is connect in here, see my picture:
13. why after I set the time , it is still show the wrong time?
A: do not worry, when you use it first time ,make the device search the satellite successfully, then it will auto get the local time, when you use it in the next time.
14. when I connect the headset in the gps port, there is the noise?
A: because it is the GPS module port, but when you connect the headset, it will because the Signal Receiver, it will receive some GPS Signal, it will be the noise.
15. why the device keep turn on?
A: if you do not use it in the right way, then it will have this problems, you need ask us for the firmware, and we will give you the method too;
16. how the FM work?
A: The FM is transferred the voice to the car stereo.
How to use FM? You have to tune FM frequency(which is not used usually) as same as car frequency so the voice can come out through car audio.
17. why the device not have the sound?
A: you need to turn off the FM, and then the sound will work.
18. How can I update the map?
A: When we update the map, we will upload it to the Dropbox, then we share the link to you, also we will give you the install method.(note: all of the map update will be get from our dropbox, not from the other website)
