Activation,

Q:Why can't the activation succeed?
1.Please check whether there is ‘NEXAI' app on your device . If there was not such App, then your radio does not support voice control.Please contact our customer service for refund.
2. Please check whether there are spaces on the modified mobile hotspot name, and whether the letter case is consistent.
3. Please check if the mobile phone network is normal, and click to enter the browser to see if it can be searched.
